What will happen

1. For local authority responders, as soon as police staff in the operations room confirms an incident to be serious (life-threatening, life-changing or a serious impact on the community), you will receive an alert via text and email. 

2. To see the incident details, click the SIM button or go to seriousincidentmanager.com on a browser. Log in with your email and password. 

3. Click the incident on your dashboard.

4. Incident details include an early incident description, location and time. Crime scene(s), cordons, RDVs, sections 60/35, road closures etc. are added as they become available. If needed, you can launch a response protocol from the bottom of the page.
