Start an incident

1. When the incident is confirmed as life-threatening, life-changing or a serious impact on the community, go to seriousincidentmanager.com on any browser. Log in with your shift username and password.  

2. Click the blue 'New Incident' button.

3. Fill in the details and click the save button. 

4. Add crime scenes, cordons, RVPs, Section 60/35 and partnership message when you are ready ready.
